Top Tier Home and Building Solutions

They did a beautiful job on my lanai. Other than them being a little backed up, (which is good for them; it means they’re doing well), once they began work, they were mindful to work through until completed. Inspector didn’t find anything major and said the work looked very solid. Recommended.

I couldn’t be happier with my new lanai or how personable and responsive the team was, especially Richard! The team constantly asked what they could do to improve and perfect my experience and even rated praise on the quality of workmanship from my inspector.

Had a patio installed on the back of our house. The managemwnt and crew was friendly, professional, cleaned up after ever day worked. The craftsmanship was exceptional. Excellent customer service. Go with them, you won't be sorry.

If I could give this more than 5 stars I would. Richard took care of all my concerns and knocked my lanai project out of the park. Don’t hesitate to work with top tier, if you get Richard, you’re in good hands

We had a pool cage installed on our property. Permitting was very difficult, once that was completed, install only took 4 days. They worked diligently to finish and it has really enhanced our property. Thanks!
