The staff is knowledgeable and kind. All questions were easily answered and everything was able to be made to fit our needs. We have been three times for large projects (we have an outside installer we worked with already) and will continue to order and use materials from here because we are confident in the business.

Went to the Delmar, DE store and I had the five star experience. Mariah and Chris helped me picked out my floor for my master bedroom. They let me bring in a piece of furniture in the store an put different pieces under my night stand. If you need flooring go the Lumber Liquidators in Delmar, DE

Terrible place to do business, don't stand behind product. Bought a floor from them a year ago, supposed to be scratch resistant. It's not, scratched within one year won't stand behind warranty, just give you the run around and bs. Supposed to be a limited lifetime warranty. Beware

Chris was absolutely exceptional today at Lumber Liquidators! It was my first time here and he was so knowledgeable and kind. I am so excited about the LVP I picked out and cannot wait to have it installed! It is nice to know customer service still exists! I highly recommend!!!

I was very pleased with the product I purchased and had installed in my den and kitchen. The manager, Duncan West and his employees were great! My floor turned out beautiful! I will highly recommend LL Flooring in Delmar, DE to all my friends.
