Floor Décor has been so easy and great to work with to replace our carpets. Janine was very accommodating and worked with Fabian to coordinate and complete a couple of offices at a time on Saturdays, rather than disrupt the entire organization. We were very happy with their services and always try to utilize local business.

Beautiful store with a great selection of high quality products at reasonable prices. Friendly and knowledgeable staff were very helpful with design suggestions and made sure we purchased the correct flooring for our three-season porch. This will definitely be our first stop for future home improvement projects.

Very good experience all around. The sales teams worked within our budget (we price shopped) and found Floor Decor to be competitive. The installation team arrived right on time, was polite, profession, careful of our home and the finished product was a s good as it gets. Could ot have been more pleased.

Absolutely wonderful experience, great communication, and they talked me through as a complete newbie. I did my own pickup -- which was a breeze -- and they were very helpful in helping me load the car. Great price, wonderful product, highly recommended.
