Picking out flooring is not easy with so many options, but Kate has been a joy to work with (and Adam). Found what we liked and hopefully will have new flooring installed by winter. Highly recommend.

We worked with Kate, and I can't say enough great things about her! Professional, knowledgeable, responsive, super helpful, and all around delightful to work with. Their pricing on our chosen tile was by far the best we found, so we bought from Universal Tile in CT, and had it shipped to Dallas.
