3G Builders constructed a 450 Sq. ft. detached ADU in our backyard in El Sobrante. We are overjoyed with the quality of our cottage, and the way it fits with our intentions. It was complete around November of 2024, so we have lived with it …

Joe and his team came and did a kitchen renovation for me. Great quality, great price, and above and beyond my expectation. Joe was able to walk me threw each step and work with me to get it all done on time and on budget. If you want it done right and by a honest as they come kinda guy these are my recommendation.

I haven't actually worked with 3G Builders yet, but they are working on my neighbor's house and doing a great job! I talked with Joe for a while about different projects and he seems super knowledgeable, and most of all, super honest. I'm sure I'll be working with 3G in some capacity in the future!

Joe and his team came in and turned our vision into reality. The kitchen of our dreams. Very easy to communicate with. They showed up on time and kept the job area clean and tidy through out the entire time. Doing an addition soon and would love to have them do it. Great experience.

1000% would hire Joe and his team again! From my first call to project completion he and his team were outstanding. I got a very fair price and and a high quality remodel. His staff was very professional, on time and did a great job! Very happy with them and will use them again!!
