Very friendly staff, very eager to help and make sure I find everything I'm looking for. Not a very big store so they don't have the best selection in some departments, but because it's an Ace, I can usually find what I need on their app and have it shipped for free to the store for pick up.

Absolutely the BEST customer service. There are always several people waiting to help you so if you know what you want, you can be in and out in 5 minutes. I always go here rather than the huge stores where you can never find someone to help and have to walk 5 miles to find anything.

I've been shopping there forever and I keep going back because I'm always doing projects and if I can't figure out what Hardware or tool I might need they are always great about giving me personal service and helping me!! Definitely much more personal than that Depot place!
