Maltas Construction

Maltas Construction built my new house from the ground up after the fires. They were very concerned about time management and completing on time. Always asked for my input decisions on design questions and or ideas. Very attentive and detail oriented. Will hire Madrone and Maltas Construction for any of my future projects.

Responsive, professional, flexible & knowledgeable! Madrone of Maltas Construction was SO easy to work with, flexible with things that came up outside of our control, & treated our timeline like a top priority!!

Madrone Maltas just finished the first phase of a remodel for me and I couldn't be happier with the results! New floors, trim, ceilings, doors, electrical and paint. He has great attention to detail and communicates very effectively. He is professional and his prices are reasonable. I highly recommend Maltas Construction.

I was very happy with the work done. We had our deck railing replaced and there were some complications. Madrone and his crew made sure that everything was done to address these and even came on a Sunday to finish the work. The result was very impressive and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend them!

Absolutely exceptional work. Madrone is meticulous, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. We loved that he is a superb tiler and also a general contractor. Excellent communication, competitive pricing. We have already booked the next project with Maltas Construction. I highly recommend this business!
