Steve is responsive, clear, and provides a professional assessment. Communications are important, especially when you get hit with major flooring and beam damage under the house due to an undetected dishwasher leak that may have been going on for months and was denied by insurance. Call Steve if you want a straight shooter.

We had Steve do a complete remodel on our two bedroom unit and are more than satisfied. He was really easy to work and super communicative. Steve was open to our ideas while helping provide his own input. I really enjoyed working with Steve and would not hesitate to refer him to anybody looking for a great contractor!

Steve Bartkus was very professional and everything presented to repair, remodel or remove was met with a "can do...no problem" attitude. The remodel was done in a timely manner. And a true gentleman to work with during the entire project. I would hire him again with out hesitation!

Steve and his team did a great job on a remodel of my childhood home. They remodeled the floors, put in carpets, painted and updated my fireplace; and did a fantastic job. Super easy to work with, respectful of the space, clean, and reasonable prices. I highly recommend.
