JLQ CONSTRUCTION INC

Jose replaced my back door which was leaking water into the house anytime it rained and he installed a roof gutter that siphoned away water splashing. JLQ is very attentive to detail and getting it right, very friendly to work with. They also came back to fix minor painting.. Lots of rain this year and bottom line is, no leaks now.

We lost power on the upstairs floor of our house. We called JLO construction among other electricians in the SF area and Jose was the first to respond. He went out to our house almost immediately, and needed to troubleshoot extensively but found the issue and repairs were completed within 24 hours. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience with JLQ Construction. Our project was on budget, on time, and at a fair price. Jose has a great eye for detail and is a perfectionist who truly cares that the work is done 100% correctly. He's also very amiable and easy to work with. Looking forward to working with him in the future.

The whole crew was timely, took pride in their work, and even worked some weekends to keep on schedule. Jose has high standards and kept everything on track. Even where we were ok with paint job, the workers said no, Jose wants it smoother; and they redid it. We will hire Jose again when our next remodel comes up

I worked with Jose and team to redo my small patio space. His team did an amazing job. His team worked quickly and efficiently. Communication was great and I'm extremely happy with the final result. I would definitely work with Jose again. Before and after photos attached.
