Julie was fantastic! She addressed my question, never made me feel stupid and gave me professional information that was totally appreciated. We need more people like her helping in customer service positions.

I want to give kudos to my driver for picking up my yard waste on Bliss ct. Placerville. He came back to empty the recycle container that contained yard waste (leaves). The yard waste containers were empty earlier in the day. I have lots of trees and I'll be filling up those containers for the next two months. Thank you!!

Driver let customer service know that our garbage can was damaged. Customer service notified us via email. This level of service in a small town is so refreshing. You wouldn't get that in a bigger city.
