3rd Generation Building and Design

I am very pleased and happy with the amazing renovation of two bathrooms in my home. The work was completed in a professional manner with very little inconvenience. Suggestions and follow through were much appreciated, on target, and done with perfection. I highly recommend 3rd Generation Building and design and will use them again.

I’ve had two bathroom remodels, one bedroom remodel and a garage attic storage area remodeled, done by 3rd generation, building and design. Excellent work arrives on time and stays until the job is done. I highly recommend this company! I will be using this company again and again for all my future needs.

Andrew and Anthony have always done a good job for us. They recently replaced old windows , which I don't believe was easy with the dry rot they found in this old house. Their work was fast and neat and looks beautiful. I've even had them fix work from a handyman who did not do a good job.

Andrew and Anthony did a recent partial remodel of my bathroom and they were a pleasure to work with- good recommendations on vendors, tight scheduling, great subs, although they did much of the work themselves. We were very pleased with the results and would definitely use them again.

One of the highest compliments any contractor can receive is to be called again for additional projects. The 1st bathroom turned out fantastic and the skill level of Andrew & Anthony is top notch. They are currently working on another bathroom for me.
