AYA Homes LLC

Shawn at AYA Homes has helped me out many times, and his subcontractors are always striving to do the best job possible. My recent projects have been complete roof replacement on a challenging home with many peaks, and exterior painting. Super work from everyone involved.

Shawn has completed several projects at my home including interior painting. Due to flooding, we had to repair drywall in addition to painting. Shawn has a trusted team of painters that are on time, professional, and do excellent work. I have used Shawn for multiple painting projects and would recommend him and his team.

Shawn and his team are very professional. They work quickly and maintain high quality. Shawn himself was on site almost every day to supervise the work, and he called me often to check in and make sure things were going well and answer any of my questions. We are very happy with our new bathroom!

AYA is owned and operated by Shawn who has been a pleasure to work with. His team were quick and on time. And he was flexible scheduling times that worked for me while I needed to be in and out of the home for work. His team completed a leak repair that damaged my kitchen and the garage below.

Shawn and his team did an excellent job of addressing several issues in my home. Fixing leaks and dry rot in 22+ windows, patching roof leaks, replacing corroded down spout and painting the entire exterior of my 100 year old home, all work is of the highest quality and done in a timely manner.
