We remodeled our entire Vacaville home over the course of a year. Upstairs first, while living downstairs, then flip flop. JLC and the team were awesome throughout the whole process. Attentive to our needs of living through the remodel. We are extremely satisfied with the results and happy to be living in our new space!

John Laverty Construction built three custom homes for me and my family in Benicia during the height of the COVID pandemic. While I could have picked a better time for this undertaking, I couldn’t have picked a better general contractor.

John and his crew made good on all their promises to renovate a room and add two rooms to create my new space at my daughter's home in Benicia. Their attention to detail, suggestions and follow through were much appreciated.

We needed dry rot repairs to our home and a shed leveled. These guys know what they are doing, work hard, and super friendly. Highly recommended!

John Laverty construction turned our duplex in to a single family home. Without his knowledge and expertise along with his qualified crew, we could never have taken on this big project. He also built our detached garage. I could go on and on. In my opinion he is just the best. - Mariessa and Fred Deltorchio
