Walter was the GC for the remodel of our home. It is a hillside home on a steep lot, the house was in a bit shape when we purchased it so we had to completely gut it and rebuild it. There was a significant amount of structural work involved as well. Walter handled all aspects of the remodel like a pro. He’s very diligent and a good GC

Walter did a great job doing an extension + interior remodel of our home. We’re very happy with the end result. Walter is very knowledgeable about the entire building process from construction to finishing. He’s also clear and up front about costs and provides detailed records. I definitely recommend Walter and the team.

I had an excellent experience with Cardoza Builder. Walter and his teams quality of work was great. Communication was seamless throughout, especially when unexpected issues arose, and they always kept me informed and provided solutions promptly. I have used them for 4 projects now and looking forward to the next one.

Walter did the structural concrete, foundation and carpentry work at my home remodel. He did a great job in a timely manner and was a pleasure to work with. I’m going to continue using him for some of my finish work and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for high quality work at a fair price.
