I wish I could rate more than 5 stars! We have had people scam us, rig things, etc. Thank God that we met Joe. He is honest and will NOT rig anything. He is extremely professional. We will not use anyone else but his company to do anything around our house. We are so pleased with our bathroom!

Three J Property Maintenance is the best! I am so pleased with the remodeling that was done to our home. The owner is an honest and dependable man. The quality of his work was beyond my expectations. Quick, dependable, honest, and very professional. I will recommend you to everyone!

Three J Property Maintenance mounted two TV's onto brick (one in a screened porch & the other outside). I couldn't have been more pleased with the professionalism, flexibility, thoroughness and end result. Will be using them again for any and all projects required!

Three J Property installed a shed I purchased from Lowe's and did a great job. They came when they said they would come and worked hard, always checking that we were satisfied. They were courteous, thorough and professional. Would recommend them to anyone..

I needed my exterior shutters replaced. Everything was done to my satisfaction. Mr. Joe was professional, fair, work was clean, and on time. I wouldn't hesitate to use 3 J Property Maintenance for future projects and recommend their services to others.
