We recently purchased window shades from Flagstaff Custom Window Coverings. Owners Carly and Curtis were knowledgeable, capable, and precise in every step of the process as well as pleasant, patient and helpful while we chose the right color and style for our home. We highly recommend their business!

Such a pleasure to work with Carly and Curtis and their team. True professionals that care for you and your home. We have beautiful new blinds that we love. The team stayed in contact with us and communicated updates regularly - we highly recommend Flagstaff Custom Window Coverings!

Curtis did a wonderful job. I had broken cords and blinds that hung crookedly, and he fixed everything. Some he did in the house and some he took to a shop and fixed there. Always in communication, always willing to do whatever it took to fix it properly. Really a great experience.

We are very pleased with our shades that Paula and Bruce installed for us in 2021. We’ve loved them and and the support. Curtis came by to fix one of our shades today that was acting up. He warranties the motors and fixed it in the spot. Would highly recommend.
