Schwarder Construction

We would highly recommend Schwarder Construction. We updated our house to a stucco exterior and replaced a second-story deck. Aaron also coordinated installation of new garage doors. Aaron provided excellent communication throughout the project and assembled a skilled team of subcontractors. We are extremely pleased with the results.

Jesus Valdez is an exceptional foreman. As a problem solver he goes the extra mile to ensure that when he finishes the project he has met the satisfaction of the customer. Jesus is a pleasure to work with. I feel that I'm a better person for having met him.

Schwarder team is the best. Good prices really reliable. They understand what the client needs and wants. They showed up when they said they would. Went the extra mile to get everything right. Thanks Aaron and the team. We will call you again. We are very very satisfied and highly recommend your company.

Aaron and his crew did a great job on replacing a partially rotted support timber on my deck. They had to jack up the deck, cut through stucco, remove electrical fixtures and then put it all back together including matching the stucco texture and the paint. I highly recommend them.

Aaron Schwarder built a guest house for our parents. He did a very good job. The house is great, both inside and out. Aaron has integrity. If there is ever an issue, he is quick to reply and address situations. Thank you, Aaron. - Steve and Jennifer Doerksen
